Quality Analysis Intelligence (QAI) only runs when all of the following are true. Missing any step usually produces empty analysis with no error banner in the portal.
Required setup order
Account enablement — Moja must enable QAI on your organization. This is not self-serve today. If QAI never appears or never processes calls, contact Moja support or your account team.
Access — Sign in with a full Moja account as an Admin. Admin access is required for QAI Analysis. If you only have a publisher view on someone else’s account, QAI isn’t available on that login. Move to your own full Moja account to use QAI and other full-platform features—ask Moja support or your account team to help you switch.
Recordings — Calls under test must be recorded. If recordings are disabled on the campaign, buyer, or target path, there is nothing to transcribe.
Control profile — Go to QAI Analysis → Control. Create at least one enabled profile, attach traffic (campaign, publisher, buyer, target, RTB formula, or RTB group), and set sample % (and optional schedule/priority). Zero enabled profiles or zero attachments means no transcripts.
Analysis setup on that profile — Category, questions, and dispositions/rules live on the profile (Analysis setup). Campaign-only dispositions alone do not start transcription after Granular Control.
Verify on new completes — After setup, wait for new completed calls with real duration. Open call details and confirm a transcript first, then disposition labels.

Silent failure expectation
When account enablement, Control, recordings, sample rate, or eligibility blocks processing, QAI typically skips quietly. Empty analysis is not always an outage—walk the checklist above before rewriting questions.
