RTB formulas can be configured to use a predefined phone number instead of relying on a phone number returned by an API response.

This option is useful when an RTB integration does not provide a destination number or when consistent, predictable routing behavior is required.

When enabled, the RTB execution flow skips phone mapping entirely and routes all calls to a fixed phone number defined in the RTB parameters.

• If Use Predefined Phone Number is unchecked:

  • Phone number mapping is required

  • RTB behavior remains unchanged

• If Use Predefined Phone Number is checked:

  • Phone mapping is skipped

  • Only payout and duration mappings are required
