Release Notes: 2026-04-02 — AI Agents — AI Agents Enhancement Pack — April 2026

Section titled “Release Notes: 2026-04-02 — AI Agents — AI Agents Enhancement Pack — April 2026”

April 2026

We’ve shipped a significant set of improvements to AI Agent creation and call flow management. Whether you’re building your first agent or fine-tuning an existing one, this release makes the process faster, clearer, and more reliable.

Creating a high-quality system prompt just got a lot easier. When you set up a new agent — or update an existing one — the platform now uses your agent’s configuration (industry, use case, tone, and any custom data tags) to automatically generate a tailored system prompt for you.

You’re no longer starting from scratch. The AI drafts a prompt based on your context, and you can refine it from there.

We’ve reviewed and tightened up the default settings for new agents so they’re ready to work well right out of the box:

  • New agents now come with a default voice pre-selected. No more hunting through options before you can save.

  • First-message interruption now defaults to off. This reflects best-practice behavior for most voice agent use cases.

The agent creation experience has been improved to give you more context at every step:

  • Model options now include descriptions — you can see what each model family does before you choose.

  • Tooltips and help text have been added throughout the advanced settings, so you know what each option actually controls.

  • The “tags to collect” picker now only shows tags your agent can actually use — no more confusion about unsupported options.

  • Industry, use case, and tone selectors are now part of agent setup, making it easier to configure agents for specific scenarios and powering the AI prompt generation above.

We’ve fixed a class of bugs that could cause call flow conditions and routing rules to silently fail:

  • Tag lookups in Switch and If-Statement steps are now more robust. Tags are matched correctly even if there are minor casing differences or extra whitespace in your configuration.

  • Numeric tag values are handled consistently in routing logic, so number-based conditions behave as expected.

Area What Changed
Agent Creation Industry/use case/tone selectors, model descriptions, tooltips, cleaner tag picker
AI Prompt Generation Automatic system prompt drafted from your agent’s configuration
Defaults Default voice pre-selected; first-message interruption off by default
Call Flows Tag matching fixed for casing/whitespace; numeric routing improved

Release Notes: 2026-04-09 — API — Moja Public API (v1)

Section titled “Release Notes: 2026-04-09 — API — Moja Public API (v1)”

Released: April 8, 2026
Available on: Premium and Enterprise plans

We’ve launched the Moja Public API (v1) — a REST API that lets you create, update, and manage your campaigns, routing plans, RTBs, and targets without touching the UI.

If you’ve ever migrated from another platform, rebuilt a campaign from scratch, or managed dozens of targets by hand — this is for you.

The v1 API gives you full CRUD access to four core resources, plus read access to a broad set of reference data.

  • Campaigns — Create, read, update, and delete campaigns

  • Routing Plans — Configure routing logic via API

  • RTBs — Manage real-time bidding setups programmatically

  • Targets — Add and update targets at scale

Use these endpoints to look up existing data and build on it:

  • Buyers

  • Publishers

  • Call Flows

  • IVRs

  • Numbers

  • Predictive Routing Plans

  • QAI Categories

  • RTB Formulas

  • RTB Groups

Authentication: API key — include your key in the request header
Format: JSON over HTTPS

We’ve published an interactive API reference where you can browse every endpoint, see request/response schemas, and test calls directly in your browser — no code required.

You can also download a ready-to-import Postman collection from the docs page.

To access: Go to My Account → Organization tab → Moja API section → click View API Documentation

  • Per endpoint: 120 requests/min

  • Per IP address: 100 requests/min

If you hit a limit, you’ll receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. Standard retry-after behavior applies.

  1. Generate your API key
Go to My Account → Organization tab → scroll to the Moja API section. Click Generate API Key. Copy your key immediately — it’s only shown once. Keep it secure.

  2. Explore the API documentation
From the same Moja API section, click View API Documentation. Browse endpoints, view request/response schemas, and test calls directly in your browser.

  3. Import the Postman collection
Available from the API documentation page — download and import into Postman.

  4. Make your first call
Start with GET /v1/campaigns to list your existing campaigns. Include your API key in the Authorization header.

Note: API key generation is available to Administrators only. One key per account in v1.

  • IVR / call flow creation — manage call flows in the UI for now

  • Reporting — on the roadmap for v2

  • Multiple API keys — one key per account in v1

The Moja Public API is included on Premium and Enterprise plans.

Release Notes: 2026-04-24 — AI Agents — AI Agent Knowledge Base

Section titled “Release Notes: 2026-04-24 — AI Agents — AI Agent Knowledge Base”

April 2026 · AI Agents

Your AI agents now have a Knowledge Base — a document store they can search during live calls to answer questions accurately, without rewriting the system prompt every time something changes.

Upload your product docs, FAQs, policies, and pricing information once. When a caller asks a question, the agent automatically searches the knowledge base and answers from your actual content — not from guesswork.

Update a document, and the agent reflects the change on the next call.

  • File uploads — PDF, DOCX, TXT, HTML, EPUB, and Markdown files up to 21 MB

  • Web page import — paste a URL and Moja scrapes the content automatically

  • Custom text snippets — paste content directly, no file required

Auto Mode (RAG) — The agent searches the knowledge base automatically for every question. Best for large or broad knowledge bases where you cannot predict exactly what callers will ask.

Prompt Mode — The full knowledge base is injected into the system prompt at call start. Best for small, tightly scoped document sets where you need guaranteed access to specific content.

  • Folder organization — organize documents into folders by topic, product, or agent use case

  • Advanced settings — tune embedding models, chunk size, retrieval parameters, and similarity thresholds

  • Usage analytics — see which documents get retrieved most, and where there are gaps in your KB coverage

  • Document search — find documents by name or content keyword as your KB grows

  • Per-agent access controls — each agent has its own knowledge base; content is not shared across agents by default

Plan Voice Agents Knowledge Base
Starter ($499/mo) 1 voice agent Full access
Growth ($1,999/mo) Up to 5 voice agents Full access per agent
Scale ($7,500/mo) Multi-agent, agency scale Full access + dedicated support

Go to AI Agents → select your agent → Knowledge Base tab.

Upload your first document, set your retrieval mode, and you are live on the next call.
