RTB Pulse is available to eligible customer roles without a per-organization feature flag.
What’s new
Organization admins, members, and buyers can open RTB Pulse by default.
Publisher and other unsupported roles remain blocked. Admin impersonation still works.
How to use it
Open Reporting → RTB Pulse from the left nav.
Use Tuning and the rest of RTB Pulse as before. Existing reports and diagnostics are unchanged.
Impact
Every eligible organization can use RTB Pulse without waiting for a manual enablement.
