After a number is purchased, it can be assigned to the correct campaign.
Before you start
Confirm which campaign the number will be assigned to.
Decide whether you need a local number or a toll-free number.
If location matters, have the target ZIP code, city, and state ready.
Review your plan and pricing before purchasing additional numbers.
Where to purchase numbers
Open the Buy Numbers section in Moja AI.
Choose the search method that matches what you need.
Review the available numbers returned by the search.
Select the number you want to purchase.
Complete the purchase, then assign the number where needed.
Search methods
Search by ZIP code
Use this option when you want a phone number associated with a specific ZIP code.
Select Search by ZIP.
Enter the ZIP code.
Select how many available numbers you want to search for.
Click Search Numbers.
Review the available numbers and choose the best fit.
Search by city and state
Use this option when you want a local phone number within a specific city and state.
Select Search by City/State.
Enter the city name.
Select the state.
Select how many available numbers you want to search for.
Click Search Numbers.
Search toll-free numbers
Use this option when you want a toll-free number instead of a local number.
Select Search Toll-Free Numbers.
Select how many available numbers you want to search for.
Click Search Numbers.
Review the available toll-free numbers.
Random search
Use random search when you do not need a specific city, state, ZIP code, or toll-free number. This is useful when you simply need an available tracking number quickly.
Quantity field
The Quantity field controls how many available numbers Moja AI returns in the search results. Increasing the quantity gives you more options to choose from, but it does not purchase multiple numbers by itself. You still select which number or numbers to buy from the results.
Number history
The Number History section stores previous number searches. Use it to quickly reference recent searches without re-entering the same search criteria.
After purchasing a number
Once purchased, the number becomes available in your account. The next step is to assign it to the correct campaign.
Before sending live traffic, place a test call and confirm the call appears in your call logs with the expected campaign information.
Pricing
Phone numbers are billed on a monthly basis. Pricing can vary by number type and subscription plan. Usage charges may also apply for call minutes and optional features such as call recording or AI services.
