AI Agent Knowledge Base — Now Available

Your AI agents now have a Knowledge Base — a document store they can search during live calls to answer questions accurately, without rewriting the system prompt every time something changes.

What the Knowledge Base does

Upload your product docs, FAQs, policies, and pricing information once. When a caller asks a question, the agent automatically searches the knowledge base and answers from your actual content — not from guesswork.

Update a document, and the agent reflects the change on the next call.

Supported content types

  • File uploads — PDF, DOCX, TXT, HTML, EPUB, and Markdown files up to 21 MB

  • Web page import — paste a URL and Moja scrapes the content automatically

  • Custom text snippets — paste content directly, no file required

Two retrieval modes

Auto Mode (RAG) — The agent searches the knowledge base automatically for every question. Best for large or broad knowledge bases where you cannot predict exactly what callers will ask.

Prompt Mode — The full knowledge base is injected into the system prompt at call start. Best for small, tightly scoped document sets where you need guaranteed access to specific content.

What else is included

  • Folder organization — organize documents into folders by topic, product, or agent use case

  • Advanced settings — tune embedding models, chunk size, retrieval parameters, and similarity thresholds

  • Usage analytics — see which documents get retrieved most, and where there are gaps in your KB coverage

  • Document search — find documents by name or content keyword as your KB grows

  • Per-agent access controls — each agent has its own knowledge base; content is not shared across agents by default

Go to AI Agents → select your agent → Knowledge Base tab.

Upload your first document, set your retrieval mode, and you are live on the next call.
