Use a fixed destination number on an RTB formula when the buyer’s ping does not return a phone number, or when every win should dial the same DID.

What it does
When Use Predefined Phone Number (skip phone mapping) is on, Moja does not read a phone field from the buyer response. Every win on that formula dials the E.164 number you entered (example: +15551234567).
Payout and duration still come from the API response. You must still map those. This is a static B-leg number, not a tracking-number or analytics product.
Rules
Unchecked (default): map phone number (or SIP) from the response, plus payout and duration.
Checked: enter the predefined number. Phone mapping is skipped. Payout and duration mapping are still required.
When to use it
The buyer returns a bid id / payout / duration but no destination number.
You already know the DID and only need the ping for price and length.
Do not use this as a “uniform tracking number.” If you need SIP instead of PSTN, use the formula’s SIP mapping — not this checkbox.
Set it up
Open Targets/RTBs → Create RTB Formula, or edit the formula.
Scroll to Predefined Phone Number.
Check Use Predefined Phone Number (skip phone mapping).
Enter the number in E.164 (
+15551234567).Map payout and duration from the API response, then save.
